~Almond Butter Cookie Dough~
... For when you want to eat the whole jar of almond butter.
I love, love, LOVE almond butter. I could eat it all day every day. One time when I was making peanut butter pancakes with my sister, every 2 minutes or so I had a spoonful of almond butter (I don't even know why it was out :P! ). For, like, 20 minutes. Yeah, I was pretty full after that :/.
So, a few days ago I had another massive almond butter craving, but I kinda wanted it to be fluffy, like cookie dough. I got out all my ingredients, mixed 'em up... and viola! A delicious almond butter cookie dough!
You could top it on apples, celery sticks with raisins, crackers, graham crackers, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, a spoon, etc. However you eat it, enjoy, almond butter lovers!

Almond Butter Cookie Dough
(Serves 1-2)- 2 tbsps almond butter
- 2 tbsps vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1-2 tbsps almond milk
In a small bowl, stir together the almond butter and protein powder until it gets all crumbly. Then add in the honey. Lastly, add in the almond milk tablespoon by tablespoon until the right texture is reached. It may look a little watery, but keep stirring. The honey magically thickens it up! Once thick, place in the freezer for a few minutes to harden more, or if you like the texture you can eat it right then.
