Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Oatmeal

 This oatmeal tastes just like peanut butter cookies. It's crazy! They're my favorite cookie, so naturally, this is one of my favorite oatmeal recipes.

And also, I admit, this "photo shoot" was really fun. I found this lil' piece of gingham fabric and it totally made the photos perfect!



Rich and dreamy, (Ha... see what I did there? You thought I was gonna say "creamy!") , this oatmeal will satisfy any cravings of PB cookies.

(You can even use these amazing healthy peanut butter cookies in your oatmeal! A whole batch of 'em!!)

Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Oatmeal 

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 packet stevia (2 tsp sugar)
  • pinch salt
  • splash vanilla extract
  • peanut butter cookies of choice, I used these


Cook oats with water and milk in either microwave or stovetop (I used double the water and milk and cooked my oatmeal the day before to get it extra creamy and voluminous, reheating in the microwave in the morning.). Once the oatmeal is fully cooked, stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the peanut butter cookies. Top with peanut butter cookies or stir them in and enjoy!
