Do you love cookie dough? I know I do. Cookie dough Greek yogurt, cookie dough oatmeal, cookie dough dip, and of course, cookie dough straight from the mixing bowl. I guess the better question is: who doesn't love cookie dough?

If you've ever had overnight oats, you'd remember them. They're all over the internet now, from traditional oats with fruit to, well, cookie dough. But who would've thought to blend them together to create a heavenly, rich smoothie?!
If you are a cookie dough lover like me, you NEED to try this!

Cookie Dough Overnight Oats Smoothie
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cacoa nibs or chocolate chips
- 1 pitted date, chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- stevia, to taste
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl by putting on the lid and shake, shake shaking! Then refrigerate overnight. In the morning, simply put the contents of the bowl in the blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
